1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kkg99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the kkg99 website located at https://kkg99.app and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, card games, and any promotional features made available thereon.

Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by kkg99 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of kkg99 services, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process available via the kkg99 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.

kkg99 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each player may hold only one registered account. Creating or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kkg99 username and password. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on kkg99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkg99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. 5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your kkg99 account in BDT and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements after the deadline will be automatically removed from your account.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

kkg99 reserves the right to monitor all betting activity and account behaviour to detect any of the above prohibited activities. Where a breach is confirmed, kkg99 may take immediate action including but not limited to: suspension of the account, permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and legal action where applicable.

7. Game Rules & Betting Rules

All games available on kkg99 — including slots, live casino table games, Teen Patti 20-20, Triple, and all sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface or betting market page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

For sports betting, all bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant match or event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for ICC events, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, kkg99's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with the available official data, shall be final.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kkg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if any of the following conditions are met:

• The player is found to be under the age of 18.
• Suspicious financial activity, money laundering, or fraud is detected on the account.

kkg99's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kkg99 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

kkg99 makes no representation or warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods and unplanned outages may occur. kkg99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
